Our services

Worldwide shipping
Our specialty is worldwide air freight. Thanks to our network of agents, we ensure shipments reach every corner of the world—safely, carefully, and hassle-free.
And if air freight isn’t the best option? We handle it by road or sea. Always tailored to your schedule, budget, and what’s available at the time. At DutchQargo, it’s not about the mode of transport—it’s about your shipment.

Storage of goods
We take care of your goods as if they were our own. Whether it’s a short stopover or long-term storage, we provide a secure spot in our own protected warehouse near Schiphol, in Nieuw-Vennep.
We store your goods, place them on pallets, or prepare them for air shipment. We package and label your items when needed. All shipments are photographed upon arrival and departure and shared with you via our track & trace link.

Customs services & compliance
Customs procedures and trade regulations are complex and constantly changing. Expertise in this area isn’t a nice-to-have—it’s an absolute necessity.
At DutchQargo, we have that expertise in-house. Our customs and compliance specialists ensure that your shipment complies with all international laws and regulations.
We follow approved procedures from the Dutch Customs Authority. This way, you avoid delays and can be confident that everything is correct—down to the last detail.

Special shipments
Aircraft engines, international medical express shipments, complete machines: at DutchQargo, we thrive on challenging projects. Whether it’s tight deadlines, unusual sizes or weights, hazardous materials, or difficult countries, we get it to its destination.
We combine technological efficiency with human engagement. In a sector that increasingly relies on automation, we choose to put personal care, expertise, and responsibility at the center.

Can DutchQargo also handle customs formalities?
Yes, we handle both import (clearance) and export (declarations). We do this in-house, through a power of attorney (direct representation) with customs. Clear and efficient.
How much does it cost to ship something by air freight?
The cost depends on the weight, volume, destination, delivery speed, and any extra services such as customs handling or home delivery. Because every shipment is different, we always create a customized quote. That keeps things transparent and avoids surprises afterward.
What is the difference between weight and volumetric weight?
Airlines look not only at weight but also at how much space the shipment takes up. A light but bulky package can therefore cost more than a small, heavy one. We always calculate the higher of the two: the actual weight or the volumetric weight (calculated as: length × width × height ÷ 6000).
